Slides

Slide presentations are a powerful tool, but are only appropriate in limited applications. Learn to wield your slides like a pro.

Information design

When used appropriately, slides contain imagery that visually represents the ideas you are describing in your presentation. Effective presentation visuals include graphs, flow charts, photos, and video clips.

Slides should contain as little text as possible. The audience should not have to read your slides – if your content needs to be expressed in sentences, bullet points, or paragraph form, you should instead create a PDF or other static document.
